PLEASE sign it and pass it on. This woman needs stopped, arrested, convicted of animal abuse as well as shooting a firearm inside the city. The best part is that her husband admitted it in front of witnesses at a town meeting which is recorded and documented! Please help us stop her. Thank you. Pawz up!

Here is the full story and the petition wording: Well, the so-called Animal Control Officer in the town of Arlington, KS
(unlicensed to be an ACO and no license to euthanize) admitted that she
shot her neighbor’s dog then disposed of him at the dump. All the above are illegal in the State of Kansas. So she thought she’d not get in trouble by
saying she wasn’t acting as an ACO and that she had the right to kill the
dog because he was in her yard! She shot a gun in the city limits AND killed
a dog!

In the state of Kansas it is illegal to discharge a fire arm inside the city limits and a person needs to be licensed to be an ACO and another license to euthanise. She has neither. She also doesn’t know her dog breeds and harassess people. She has went so far as to threaten to kill other dogs.

When the owners went to the City Council about this problem, her husband, who is on the Council Board, wouldn’t allow the owner to speak. In fact, he stated that she was not acting as an ACO (Animal Control Officer) at the time she shot the dog. They claim the dog was in their yard and killed a chicken and that is why she shot and killed Thunder, the dog. They claim to have proof but will not show it to the owners. We have photos showing that the dog was removed from his collar and chain and removed from the property then shot and killed.

I did a full investigation and seen the footprints (they did not match any of the shoes of the family), the collar was laying flat on the ground and was intact, just not belted closed. This evidence shows that the dog was removed by a human.

We want this woman to be arrested for animal abuse as well as permanently fired from her position as ACO AND that she be ordered to never have pets or work with animals again. We want to see her husband removed from the City Council for his part in this action and for trying to defend her actions. I would say this is ‘aiding and abettng a criminal’ and supporting criminal actions.

The saddest part is that this woman laughed the entire time the owner was trying to talk then the owner was interupted by the husband and blown off by the City Council. I appreciate you signing this petition to show the City of Arlington that the world is watching their every move.

Petition to the City of Arlington and the Governor of Kansas:

We, the people of the world, respectfully request that the City of Arlington, Kansas fire animal abuser, Tamara Simpson, from her duties as an UNLICENSED Animal Control Officer and that charges of animal abuse and discharging a fire arm within the city limits be brought against her in a court of law. We also request that she be placed on the Cannot Adopt nor Own or Work With any animals for the rest of her life.

Also, due to the actions of Councilman Simpson, her husband whom admitted that his wife shot and killed a family pet within the city limits, be removed from his position and not allowed to run for any City, County or State position due to him not listening to a tax paying citizen.

The facts in this case are clear as they both admitted to the killing and illegal disposal of the body of the dog named Thunder. This is not the first time that Tamara has over stepped the line of the position of a NONLICENSED Animal Control Officer. In the State of Kansas it is a requirement that an Animal Control Officer be licensed so we also request that she be charged for not complying to the Kansas State Laws.
