We all know that living life as an animal defender gains much harrassment from all walks of life from those whom are ignorant and uncaring.  It mostly comes from lack of compassion as well as just plain greed.  So what gives these people the right to harrass those of us who are trying to preserve lives and save the world?  I guess it is because they feel the need to pick on ‘the little people’.  What they fail to realize is that there are far more of us ‘animal defenders’ than there are ‘animal haters’.  We have proved that time and time again as we prevail in animal abuse cases, gather signatures to prevent needless killings of animals, and set forth a world wide movement to prevent animal cruelty and animal abuse.

Missouri Legislators discovered that their ’scare tactics’ and ‘harrassing phone calls’ are no match for the voice of the world.  This was released in the newsletter from Kinship Circle over the world’s response to Missouri Rep Jim Viebrock’s proposal on House Bill 1747 which side steps the Government Ban on Horse Slaughter.  The Pawz Cauze Show joined the band with other animal organizations, including Kinship Circle (but they were not the only ones, tho their newsletter wishes their readers to believe it was all them who accomplished the task; when in fact, it was many animal organizations who helped out all over the world) to crush this Bill before it was able to be passed.  Millions of letters and emails were sent to Missouri Legislators demanding the Bill be rejected and it was.

Then Rep. Viebrock took it a step further.  He then tried to to attach the horse slaughter provisions to an unrelated Senate Bill 795.  He thought the American people and people of the world would be stupid enough to overlook these provisions.  Once again, the same groups united to call for another world wide demand for horse slaughter to end.  Once again, we stopped them in their tracks.  This feat was NOT accomplished by one sole group but by many groups acting as one to accomplish a common goal.  As you can see, I hate it when one group takes credit for the work of many…….

Anyway, by taking sole credit for the millions of letters, faxes, phone calls, and emails being sent to the Missouri Legislators, Brenda, from Kinship Circle ended up paying the price for it.  Had she given proper credit to the hundreds of other organizations, including The Pawz Cauze Show, and activist groups on FaceBook and MySpace, Brenda would not have had to endure the harrassment she claims to have received from Missouri Legislators. 

I get death threats all the time and warnings to ‘watch my back’ when I am on my live show and in the chatroom by ignorant COWARDS who haven’t got the balls to come to my house and face me like a REAL person.  They wish to hide behind fake names and disguised voices.  Do I care? NO……..will I stop what I’m doing?  HELL NO!!!!!!  Do they scare me????  AGAIN, HELL TO THE NO!!!!!  I laugh at them because I have the courage to stand up for what I believe in and I am PROUD to be an Animal Defender!!!!!  If they want to confront me, they will see a side of me they will never soon forget because they ain’t seen me crazy yet!!!!!!!!!!  I’m still waiting for those ignorant people who claim I need to watch my back to do something about it…..have I called the police? Heck no, I don’t care about fruitless publicity.  Why should I give those clueless cowards one bit of publicity when the animals will be the winners in the end and I’ll still be alive to report the next story?

I have this to say to Rep. Casey Guernsey: You are the wacko if you get your kicks from killing helpless animals for greed and to just piss off the American people who love animals.  Please remember….us ‘clueless’ people are the ones who decide if YOU will be re-elected at the next poll.  So, I say it is more fun to piss you off to the point of making such a stupid comment that will now be heard all around the world.  We’ll see how funny you think it is when you are booted out of office and standing in line at the unemployment office!!!!!!  I know I’ll be laughing at you and thinking how much fun it was to write this article! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhaha all the way to the horse stalls to pet the loving beautiful horses WE saved that YOU tried to kill but only ended up killing your own career……When that happens, please be sure to let me know how it feels to be beaten by us ‘wackos who are incredibly clueless’…………..

Here is what the Kinship Circle newsletter had to say (and I must add that I was working with a group in Arizona over the BLM taking place and heard about Missouri from my contacts there and started my own email campaign WEEKS BEFORE Kinship Circle’s newsletter calling for action was released and Missouri Legislators had already received millions of letters from posts on FaceBook and MySpace BEFORE Kinship Circle released their campaign, in fact, it was released in my book Tears of Courage before Kinship Circle became involved…..please do not misunderstand, we are ALL working for the same goal, but I really hate it when people try to take sole credit for a group action taken by many people and other organizations):

4/6/10: HARASSMENT OF KINSHIP CIRCLE MAKES FRONT-PAGE NEWS
St. Louis Post Dispatch runs a front page story about Missouri House
Representatives tampering with public information and harassing Kinship
Circle: State Legislators Target Activist. Post also runs an editorial
against killing horses and hounding activists, Squirrelly about animals in
the Frog Kingdom. An Associated Press version runs in Washington Post, Los
Angeles Times, CBS News, Yahoo News, and more papers nationwide.

In an attempt to silence our opposition to horse slaughter…
– Some Reps forward 2,000+ unread emails to Kinship Circle’s server.
– Rep. Casey Guernsey, R-Bethany memorably tells our members: “It’s so fun to piss you wackos off.
You’re lucky I even acknowledge your existence. It’s
so much fun to taunt people like you — ha! Tell me, is it truly liberating
to be so incredibly clueless?”

– In a call to Kinship Circle’s line, from CALLER ID: Missouri State
573-522-0000, a male voice screams a tribal war chant…and hangs up.

– In another call a man sings “A Horse Is A Horse,” from the movie Mr. Ed.

– In a 10:00pm call, a creepy male voice drones “Brenda, Brenda,
Brenda…neigh…Brenda…neigh…” in reference to Kinship Circle’s Brenda
Shoss. This call frightens leads her to file a police report.

– Other calls from unidentified Reps begin with a menacing “Hey Brenda…”
In one call: “There aren’t but three people here [the MO House] who care for
you or your organization… Your group has guaranteed passage of this
bill…[because of] frickin’ emails from everyone in the world!”
